This morning the Elders in Porvenir organized the third annual
Literary Competition for about 20 of the Schools in their area.
Each school sent 13 delegates that helped with
all the preparation.
Each school had 15 to 20 minutes to give an oral
presentation on one of the Classic pieces of Literature.
It was a huge success.
The schools did a great job and there was a lot of participation.
Our Missionaries gave a presentation on the Book of Mormon.
They talked about the origin, the purpose, the myths
and the authors.
They did a beautiful job.
They ended by passing out individual books for each student.
They had them read a few verses with them.
And then ended with how this book had personally
changed their lives.

Oh and Elder Hannemann and Elder Briones were some of the distinguished Judges.
