It's sweet to know that the missionaries are never alone.
The Lord says in the Doctrine and Covenants 84:88
And whoso receiveth you, there I will be also, for I will go before your face.
I will be on your right hand and on your left,
and my Spirit shall be in your hearts,
and mine angels round about you, to bear you up.
The other good thing to know is that even if there were no angels...
(which there are...)
you always have your companion and a few dogs.
And today these Elders had President Turk.
President Turk was out with Elder Mendieta and Elder Camarena today.
They taught some great lessons, gave the baptismal invitation,
It was accepted, gave a blessing of health...
They visited the Bishop in the area. This is the Bishop and his wife.
They made plans of action for the ward
and then visited these families below.
Helping people Come Unto Christ
and have a better life
is the greatest joy ever.
President Turk's favorite days are when he is out in the field
with his missionaries, teaching the Gospel
and being with the beautiful people in Peru.
