We are excited to pick up our guests coming to visit Trujillo today...

He was the Mission President in Trujillo in 2004-07
They were a great help to us before we left on the mission.
They are from Orem, so we would call, and email and beg for help.
We knew nothing about Perú.
They helped us big time in our transition.
So, we are excited to spend some time with them
and show them what has changed since they have been here
and let them feel the spirit of the missionaries again.
I will be blogging more about the Wards in the next few days.
Lucy and Alicia are excited to see them too.
President Turk went out yesterday afternoon with
Elders Guymon and Bingham.
They also had the Primary President with them.
They had some spiritual experiences.
They visited with two part member families.
In both of these families the parents were the non members.
President had the chance to talk to all of them
and they have all committed to take the lessons and
follow through with the commitments from these missionaries.
Thank you Elder Guymon and Elder Bingham
for your great spirits.
You have your hands full.
It is so exciting to feel the spirit and see
the Gospel bring a new focus and energy
and happiness to families and individuals.
