When President Turk and I receive physical mail...
We know what it is.
It is always Wedding Announcements.
Everything else we receive comes through
the computer.
We love to see who is getting married.
Yesterday we received Elder Butterfield's announcement...
Congratulations Macy Dee!
She is darling... in fact we know her now too...
The office elders always love to see who is getting married
so they look at the announcements ...
But this time was different.
Elder Mecham looked at the girl and said...
"Hey, this is my High School Prom date"
He doesn't know Elder Butterfield.
He was gone before Elder Mecham arrived,
He was gone before Elder Mecham arrived,
but he sure knows the girl.
These stories happen all the time in the mission.
It is hilarious the connections that are made.
Elder Mecham says... "thank you Heidi for the announcement"
And by the way...
Congratulations to all of you who are married
Having babies
Birthdays....
It is difficult to keep up with all of you now
But when we are home...
