Elder Iler and Elder Young...

As the President is out teaching with companionships...
...while they are walking to each appointment
he talks to them about their patterns, habits, strengths weaknesses,
their families, their compatibility
and this whole list of important missionary applications...
He talks about...
Dealing with the ward council
How is the Ward mission plan
and the involvement with the Ward mission leader
Are there Future missionaries that are progressing
Are your Lists of ward members up to date
Do you have your part member family list
and the bishopric action list
the Birthday lists
Are you home teaching families for the Bishop
How are your companionship studies
and your personal studies
Are your planning sessions meaningful
Are you setting proper goals
Do you have Ward members at lessons
Are you receiving references from members
How is your relationship with the Bishop and the members?

All of these things are talked about so that
our missionaries can be the best they can be.

Missions are intense... You have got to be focused.
We are representing the Lord
So we have to give our best every single day.

These Elders had many successful teaching experiences and a packed afternoon of
great missionary work.  Thank you Elders Iler and Young.

Back home it is time for the pumpkin patch...
Fall is supposed to be upon them
but I think that in Arizona they are still in very high temperatures.
So sorry... it is still perfect weather here every day!

I love these grand babies...
